Badge positions

Below is a diagram showing where all the Cubs badges are located on the uniform. For Beavers moving up to Cubs group badges should be moved across after their investment into Cubs along with any staged activity badges (hiking, swimming, music, first aid). For new Cubs group badges will be presented on investment to the group.
